Build practical striking and grappling skills in a focused class at IVA Performance. Start as a beginner, train recreationally, or pursue serious competition preparation with coaching shaped around the level you want to reach.
01 / The class
Mixed martial arts connects the ranges that are often trained separately. Classes develop striking, takedown and grappling fundamentals, movement, and the ability to make good decisions as the situation changes.
The room is for adults who want to learn and improve. You can start from zero, return after time away, or prepare seriously for competition. Athletes with a competitive goal receive purposeful work shaped around their experience, event rules, and timeline.
02 / What we train

Learn to connect striking and grappling instead of treating each part of the sport as a separate activity.
Prepare for the pace and decisions of competition through purposeful conditioning, tactics, situational rounds, and event-focused training.
